As someone who spends a significant amount of time on Facebook ensuring that my client's businesses soar, I am happy to see that Facebook has made some changes. Our news feeds will now highlight our family and friend's posts instead of corporate posts.
So, what does this mean for small businesses on Facebook who are trying to build engagement in their products? We must build a sense of community and engagement with our audience. Make it worth their while to come to your group or page. Ask questions that they want to answer. Provide content that will better their lives and/or businesses. Make them laugh... Make them think... Be creative!
